Effective date: July 1, 2026 This Privacy Policy explains how the Goaly team (“Goaly”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use the Goaly protocol, the app at app.goaly.fun, and related interfaces (the “Service”). Goaly is a non-custodial, on-chain protocol, so most of what it does happens on a public blockchain rather than on our servers.
Goaly is designed to collect as little as possible. Your keys are derived on your device, and we never see them.

What we collect

  • Wallet and account addresses — your public address is used to read your predictions, balances, and to build transactions. It is inherently public on-chain.
  • On-chain activity — predictions, stakes, claims, and transfers you make are recorded on Arbitrum One and are public and permanent by nature of the blockchain.
  • Minimal off-chain prediction records — we may cache lightweight records (for example, which match and outcome you selected) so the app can display your predictions quickly.
  • Basic analytics and logs — standard technical data such as IP address, device and browser type, and pages viewed, used to keep the Service secure, reliable, and improving.

What we do not collect

We never collect your seed phrase, private keys, or signatures used to derive your wallet — these are generated and kept on your device and are never transmitted to us.
  • No seed phrase or private keys. Keys are derived on-device; Goaly cannot access or recover them.
  • No KYC / identity documents, unless required by applicable law. Goaly does not ordinarily collect your name, government ID, or similar identity information.

How we use information

We use the information above to:
  • Provide the Service — display your predictions, balances, matches, odds, and standings.
  • Build and relay transactions you choose to sign.
  • Keep the Service secure, detect abuse, and debug problems.
  • Understand aggregate usage to improve the product.
We do not sell your personal information.

Third parties and processors

To operate, the Service relies on third-party providers who may process technical data on our behalf or independently:
  • RPC and blockchain infrastructure providers — to read from and broadcast to Arbitrum One.
  • Hosting providers — to serve the app, documentation, and API.
  • Analytics providers — to measure aggregate usage and reliability.
On-chain interactions are also visible to the underlying protocols and networks (for example, Morpho, Tether / USD₮0, USDC, LayerZero, and Circle CCTP), which are outside our control.

On-chain data is public and immutable

Anything recorded on the blockchain — addresses, stakes, predictions, claims, transfers — is public, permanent, and cannot be deleted or altered by Goaly or by you. Anyone can read it, and it may be indexed by third parties. Please keep this in mind before transacting.

Cookies and local storage

The app uses your browser’s local storage and cookies for essential functionality, including:
  • The embedded-wallet cache — so your derived wallet is available across sessions on your device.
  • Your terms-acceptance record — so we can remember that you accepted the current version.
  • Basic session and preference data.
You can clear this data through your browser, but doing so may remove your embedded-wallet cache and require you to re-derive access.

Data retention

  • On-chain data is retained permanently by the blockchain and cannot be removed.
  • Off-chain records, analytics, and logs are retained only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law, and then deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold off-chain, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. Note that we cannot modify or delete on-chain data, as it is outside our control.

Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a minor has used the Service, please contact us.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
